SHIPPING INFORMATION
Copy and paste the books or items you wish to order into an email to us. If you dont know how to copy and paste, that's OK. Just type the name of the book or item, its description (include whether it is a hardback or paperback) and the price.
When I receive your order I will make up an invoice, which will include the items or books you requested that are still available. Then I will send a confirmation email with a copy of the invoice and my address. I will ask you to send me your snail mail address to complete invoice and confirm your order. If you dont want to send your address by email at least please confirm your order with a brief note. I will hold your order for 10 days, unless other arrangements have been made. If I have not received payment by then the items or books will be taken off hold and will be for sale again.
Payment Method: I can accept payment through PAYPAL, which will ensure immediate shipment of your books, as soon as I receive email from PAYPAL telling me the appropriate amount has been deposited into my account. I also accept Postal Money Orders (bought at the post office) made out to Peggy Gonzales, which will ensure immediate shipment. I will also accept personal checks made out to me I may have to hold personal checks untill the check clears the bank.
When I received payment I will email you and let you know when I expect to get your order in the mail. I normally ship within 1 day of receipt of payment.
SHIPPING METHOD; WE DO NOT PUMP UP THE COST OF SHIPPING IN ORDER TO MAKE MORE MONEY ON THE ITEM, we charge the actual shipping cost. We ship books, records, CDs, software, and cassette tapes by Media Mail, unless Priority mail is specifically requested. Usually about $1.30, maybe less depending on weight, NOT the usual $2.99 and up to $3.50 as most book seller's automatically charge for each book. All other items that do not fit into the book rate category may be higher.
Please include your zip code in case weight is such that we have to consult a zone chart.
Postal insurance will remain optional, however, we do highly recommend its use, since we have experienced some loss/damage in the postal system. It doesn't happen very often but it does happen and we wouldn't want it to happen to you.

$50.01-$100.00 add $2.00
$100.01- 200.00 add 3.00

We do not send books on approval basis: We do not refund for books unless we have made a serious error in the description of the book.
